These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use the Wearford website or purchase products from us.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. About These Terms
These terms apply to customers purchasing products for personal or household use.
A consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
If you wish to purchase products for resale or business use, please contact us before placing an order because separate terms may apply.
Other policies forming part of these terms include:
3. Using Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website fraudulently or for illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server or customer accounts
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Use automated systems to collect website content without permission
- Use our content, photographs or product information for commercial purposes without permission
- Provide false, misleading or inaccurate information
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or protection against misuse.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical errors.
4. Product Information
Wearford sells clothing, sportswear, casual clothing, accessories and related products.
Many products sold by Wearford are unbranded unless a specific brand is clearly identified on the product page.
Where no brand is identified, the product should be treated as unbranded. Wearford does not claim that unbranded products are manufactured, approved or endorsed by any third-party brand.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours and other information are accurate.
However:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings
- Sizes and fits may vary between different products
- Minor differences may occur in packaging, stitching, patterns or manufacturing details
- Product packaging may be updated without changing the product itself
Any differences will not affect your statutory rights where a product is materially different from its description.
Please check the product description, available measurements, sizing information and care instructions before placing your order.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout is completed.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you. We may:
- Offer a suitable alternative, which you are not required to accept
- Remove the unavailable product from your order
- Cancel the affected order
- Issue an appropriate refund
6. Prices and Delivery Charges
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling, shown as GBP or £.
The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete checkout.
Delivery charges may depend on your delivery address, order contents, parcel size, parcel weight and selected delivery service.
We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Pricing errors
We try to ensure that prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch. You may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
If we cannot contact you, we may cancel the affected item and refund any payment taken for it.
7. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers and special prices are subject to their individual terms, eligibility requirements and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Only one discount code may be used per order
- A code must be entered before payment is completed
- A code cannot be exchanged for cash
- A code cannot normally be applied after an order has been placed
- A code may apply only to selected products or customers
- Delivery charges may be excluded from a discount
We may reject or cancel a discount where it has been obtained, distributed or used fraudulently or in breach of its terms.
Sale and discounted products retain the same statutory rights as full-price products.
8. Placing an Order
To place an order, select your products, complete the checkout information and submit payment using an available payment method.
You are responsible for checking that the following information is correct before completing your order:
- The products, sizes, colours and quantities ordered
- Your name and contact information
- Your billing and delivery addresses
- Your selected delivery method
- Your payment information
Please contact us immediately if you discover an error after placing your order.
9. When a Contract Is Formed
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and Wearford is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm that your order has been accepted.
Where an order contains several products dispatched separately, a separate contract may be formed for each dispatched product.
We may be unable to accept an order for reasons including:
- A product being unavailable
- Payment not being authorised
- An obvious price or product-description error
- Delivery being unavailable to the supplied address
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
- A legal or regulatory restriction
If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will cancel the affected part and arrange an appropriate refund.
10. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
Payment may be authorised or taken when you complete checkout. Payment being taken does not by itself confirm that your order has been accepted.
Payments may be subject to security and fraud-prevention checks carried out by us, your bank or the relevant payment provider.
If your payment is declined, your order may not be processed.
Do not send complete payment card information, security codes or online banking passwords to us by email or through the contact form.
11. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or explained on our Delivery Information page.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly stated.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
Orders may occasionally be delivered in more than one parcel.
Delivery may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, severe weather, delivery network disruption, high demand or events outside our reasonable control.
If a delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us at wearford@gmail.com and include your order number.
When responsibility for the products passes to you
We remain responsible for the products until they are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.
If you independently arrange a delivery provider that was not offered by us, responsibility may pass to you when the products are handed to that provider.
12. Changing or Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible at wearford@gmail.com if you wish to change or cancel an order.
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after processing has started.
If an order has already been dispatched, you may return eligible products in accordance with your cancellation rights and our Returns and Refunds Policy.
13. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
For most products purchased online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel without providing a reason.
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the products.
If one order is delivered in several separate parcels, the cancellation period normally begins after you receive the final parcel or product.
You may notify us by emailing wearford@gmail.com or by using the cancellation form provided in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
After notifying us, you must return the products without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
Return postage
You are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning products when you cancel because you have changed your mind.
Wearford will cover reasonable return costs where products are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, where required by law.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect and try on clothing in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical shop.
You should not wear products beyond trying them on, wash them, alter them or handle them more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.
We may make a reasonable deduction from your refund where unnecessary handling has reduced the value of a product.
Exceptions to change-of-mind cancellation rights
Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed underwear or other sealed hygiene-sensitive products after their seal has been broken
- Other products that cannot legally be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed
These exceptions do not remove your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
14. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where you validly cancel your entire order, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned products
- The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option
If you selected an express or more expensive delivery option, the additional amount above our standard delivery cost will not normally be refunded.
We will issue the refund to the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until:
- We receive the returned products; or
- You provide acceptable evidence that the products have been returned
We will process the refund without unnecessary delay and within the period required by law.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund to your account.
15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products supplied by Wearford must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for their intended purpose
- As described
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances and the time that has passed since delivery, you may be entitled to:
- A full refund under the short-term right to reject
- A repair
- A replacement
- A price reduction
- A final right to reject the product
You may have a short-term right to reject faulty products within 30 days of delivery. Additional rights may continue after that period.
Email wearford@gmail.com and include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs or videos where appropriate
Do not return a faulty or incorrect product before receiving return instructions from us.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.
16. Customer Accounts
You may be able to create an account to view orders and manage your information.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login details confidential
- Using a secure password
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorised account activity
You must not allow another person to use your account fraudulently.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risks, misuse or a serious breach of these terms.
Closing an account will not cancel an order that has already been accepted or remove any outstanding payment obligation.
17. Product Reviews and Customer Content
Where our website allows reviews, comments, photographs or other customer content, your submission must:
- Be based on your genuine experience
- Be accurate and not deliberately misleading
- Not contain unlawful, abusive, threatening or discriminatory material
- Not contain another person’s confidential information
- Not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Not contain advertising, spam or malicious links
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these requirements or applicable law.
By submitting content, you give us permission to display, reproduce and use it in connection with operating and promoting Wearford. You continue to own any rights you hold in your original content.
18. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, design, layout, graphics, product photographs and logos, belong to us or are used with permission from their respective owners.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from us or the relevant rights owner.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on a product page does not imply a relationship or endorsement unless clearly stated.
19. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to payment providers, delivery providers, social networks and other third-party websites.
We do not control third-party websites or their content. Their own terms and privacy policies will apply when you use their services.
A link does not necessarily mean that Wearford endorses or accepts responsibility for the third party.
20. Privacy and Cookies
We collect and use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions and, where enabled, analytics, preferences and advertising.
You can manage non-essential cookie choices using the cookie controls displayed on the website.
21. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- A breach of your statutory consumer rights
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or where both you and Wearford knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach.
Products sold through this website are intended for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, opportunity or business interruption, where you use products for commercial purposes without an appropriate business agreement.
This section does not affect any rights that cannot legally be limited.
22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, delivery network interruption, strikes, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, government action or other emergencies.
Where an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you, reduce the effect of the disruption and fulfil the order as soon as reasonably possible.
If there is a substantial delay, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.
23. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Email: wearford@gmail.com
Telephone: 07380 902615
When making a complaint, please provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- The outcome you are requesting
- Relevant photographs or documents
We will review your complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our business, website, services or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The terms applying to your purchase will normally be those in effect when your order was placed, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
25. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
Each section of these terms operates separately.
If a court or other competent authority decides that a section is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
26. Delayed Enforcement
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
If we waive a breach on one occasion, this does not mean that we waive a later breach.
27. Third-Party Rights
These terms are between you and RANJHA TRADAX LTD, trading as Wearford.
Unless otherwise required by law, no other person has the right to enforce these terms.
28. Governing Law and Courts
These terms and any contract between you and Wearford are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in England or Wales, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the law of the country in which you normally live.
